I hope that everyone is starting off 2019 in a great way!
I wanted to update our patients on a major insurance carrier and how it is affecting our office.
Aetna has recently changed how it selects their In-Network chiropractors. This internal change has caused great confusion because it looks like ALL chiropractors (including our office) are Out of Network. They accidentally sent out notifications to all chiropractic patients that their chiropractor is now out of network. This is not true.
So to clarify. Chiropractic Works and myself are still In-Network with Aetna. It will take them some time to fix their messaging, but we have been assured our status remains as an In-Network doctor.
